The whole school visited the Slieve Aughty Centre as part of our Biodiversity project this year. This trip encouraged hands-on learning and helped to foster an appreciation for local biodiversity. The pupils enjoyed activities, learning about different ecosystems, bushcraft and survival skills, grooming and feeding the horses, visiting the llamas, pigs, and sheep, arts and crafts, and face painting. Everyone enjoyed the homemade pizza, and a great day was had by all.
